Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept exchanges or refunds unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased.
If you have received incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please email us a description of how your order arrived and include photos within 3 days of receiving the order. We will review and verify whether you are eligible for a replacement or where applicable a refund and provide instructions accordingly via email.
Please contact our customer care team at hello@sisterwould.com and include the following:
- Your order confirmation number in the subject line;
- Your full name in the email;
- Description of how your order arrived;
- Attach photos of the product and postal box.
We will use these details to find your order, respond to your request and process your return accordingly, if eligible.
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment after the return has been received and approved by us. Items must be returned in their original condition; no refund can be made for products that have been used. SISTERWOULD does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products. In the event that a refund is agreed, SISTERWOULD will refund the applicable amount to the credit card or original method of payment used for the purchase, within 14 days.
